FRESH MACAROONS
Chocolate chips (we call them "callets") are proposed in pure dark(70%), milk or white chocolate produced by Barry-Callebaut in Belgium. They are a must for all your cooking needs: chocolate chips cookies, chocolate sauce, chocolate cake, chocolate fondue, hot chocolate,... For a delicious natural “home made” hot chocolate, Simone Marie suggests the Dutch Van Houten cocoa products: either our pure 100% unsweetened cocoa powder and adding your own choice of milk and your own sweetener or if you are ON THE GO, our NEW "just add water" ready mix.
